Sure. Post in the LC analysis index thread saying I approved it, and then you can put up a thread. If you can get Togepi through QC, then it'll be able to go up onsite, but if they don't feel the set(s) in your analysis are viable enough, it won't.

the QC process requires some looking at the sets and seeing good teammates, other options, etc... it just takes a little while before people test it.

Yes, it's Overused Monotype I believe. I'm free almost all of today, I just need to make a team with my type.

Hey Pokemasta! As you offered, im here to ask of your opinion for rain room team in vgc13! I was thinking of using marowak + gyarados.
Marowak synergises well with gyarados. :)
One thing I missed: I presume you want Soul Dew banned in your monotype tournament, no?
