if u really wanted to try something diff shellsmash torkoal might (maybe just maybe) make sense for u
id maybe even try swapping char and volc the sr weakness is so big anything u can do to mitigate it may be helpful.
def swap char or volc one id say. u may appreciate arcanine for extremespeed. also infernape would help ur sr problem a bit.
