    BKC, for future reference you can only hand out the 3rd QC approval after the analysis is all written up. This is a new rule that SDS implemented, because although the skelly might be okay the prose might end up being shit. As a QC member, we need to read through the prose, and make sure the quality of the analysis is still intact.
