Hey Birkal! I just had a question about the site rules, and you seemed as good as anyone to answer it.
Let me first say I am very technologically incompetent, and don't really know what I will be talking about, which is why I need your help :3
The site rules say no using open proxies. I did a bit of research and I believe securetunnel.com/xpress is an open proxy. However, my friend has claimed he has accessed smogon through secure tunnel before (at our school, which otherwise blocks it), and had no consequences. Is this allowed, or against site rules? (I'm wondering because I would love to do ASB during lunch :3). Thanks in advance!
