Well, I agree that we really don't want someone like that in our group. But even then, how am I supposed to kick him out? He hasn't really done anything notably wrong since we gave him the last warning, other than maybe not doing much for the group and his recently discovered history. I don't think we can justify banning someone just for that, otherwise that gives us the authority to ban anyone we think isn't "contributing in a positive way." I'd like to avoid that scenario. Again though, if you can have some other members take your side and provide good arguments, I might reconsider.
