Hey Arcticblast, sorry I missed your PS PM. Based on what you described, Toxic Spikes on Roselia can work if you use Extrasensory to beat Poison-types. You don't necessary have to worry about healing since Roselia's mainly playing offensive with TSpikes and Sleep Powder, but you can use Giga Drain instead of Leaf Storm to somewhat compensate the lack of Rest.
