Unfortunately, no. You have to breed a different one. Breed a Male Wailord with a Female Remorade/Octillary.

Cool, and thanks. That Remorade when I used it was merely a parent Poke for when I was trying for a Quiet, 0 Speed, Water Spout Blastoise. The Remorade originally had Water Spout, as well, but lost it in the Day Care.

Yes you can, just don't get rid of Aipoms Fake Out, the Nidorans moves dont matter. :)
how am I supposed to train aipom with u turn and fake out as only attacks?

Yeah...And Octillary can be pretty sturdy, as well, but you might want to use mine to breed for a better one. The single digit stats in SpDef kind of throws it off a bit.
