don't worry, i deleted the part in mizu's post talking about sleep clause. Save your discussion for the SLeep Clause test when we actually get to see first-hand the effect of removing sleep clause to test our theorymon.

It was just a judgement call by the tiering party. Shaymin-S had a UNANIMOUS ban last gen, and Darkrai is just the most over-powered of the former uber lower BST Pokes.
