I just raised objection to your usage of the term "recreated in cartridge"
What you are suggesting is just a harsher version of the clause with Human Moderation
the cartridge could never do it on its own. So it makes it no different from what the simulator is doing.
Say I put a second pokemon to sleep the cartridge cannot do anything to stop that.
And in the same way if I bring Drizzle+SS the cartridge can do zilch. You cry about it in team preview but the cartridge will see nothing wrong with it. (in fact for all you know it could be water absorb politoed)
Clauses are just auto-enforcing of rules which are possible instead of having a human go over them manually. I repeat. We are NOT altering game mechanics.
Sleep may the most unique case, I'll give you that. But we already have an enforcement precedence in the stadium games.
The sim just makes it convenient by auto-checking them instead of you going over the hassle of calling a moderator and whining to him about how guy X in the ladder broke the rules. T
(just writting it down somewhere for tracking sake)
