Potential bug: A pokemon affected by powder doesn't explode when using a fire type move brought on by metronome.
Worth noting that I didn't observe this on main, but it's not custom code so it would theoretically occur the same way on main if those conditions arose. I have a replay if you need it/this isn't just me being a skrub and not understanding how powder checks.
