Hey - I totally agree with you about that speed creep thing, as I had brought it up initially. The way it happened was in early xy, people ran 44 speed rotom-w for jolly belly drum azumarill, and then people realized jolly azumarill was too weak, and then people kept using the 44 evs for uninvested lando-t, and then lando-t started running 8 speed to u-turn out of rotom-w. One big ol' clusterfuck of creep lol.
