I've got some questions about in game mechanics.
1) Do we know detailed behavior about the new weather abilities? Pokemon.com said that it prevents fire/water moves from being used, but what about on switch in?
2) Is Normalize + Thousand Arrows supposed to hit Ghost-types? It's implemented like that on Showdown!
I was asking because I'm itching to code something for Showdown.
