I thought that wish chancey where originaly given only in the US as eggs.So the scenario here,is that it hatched in a japanese game and was nicked in jap as "chancey"
In fact it kept it's name(the japanese "chancey" equivalent),which means it's nicknamed ? :/
I just evolved a copy and it didn't change,lol
