    I totally understand, but one thing that is quite bothersome is that you use ambiguity to substantiate you missing a time. "i never really guaranteed" is just an excuse and it is quite blatant from the front face. i don't have grounds for act and I don't plan on calling it because I am sure we will reschedule and play, but the failure to admit to missing a time comes off rather pretentious... anyways will tomorrow at the same time we scheduled for today work for you

    i did indeed miss a time, which i apologize for; you calling act on that is only fair. I also do prefer that we do this sooner but there are things that prevented me from doing so. I will come later at the time i said.
