I've been done with them, yes. SOrry for not getting to you, but I've been having wifi issues, lol. In short...it's not working. It's still being fixed at the moment...so there's little way for me to give them back for now unless I go to a starbucks...sorries for the delay :/

Yeah, that used to happen to me as well. Inet was fine until tech support came, then it was all weird for the following month :S Then all of a sudden it fixed itself :S
