    Hello, i'm just wondering where the idea of a game limit stands, which is to say, what happens when a game unrealistically goes on forever - 5000 turns, 10 hours, etc. As it stands, a stall vs stall matchup is an endless cycle between 2 Regenerator pokemon, which even with maximum hazards on the board is a stalemate.

    The only way for a stall vs stall matchup to end is through braindead mistakes or a win condition (set up pokemon, for example). This is true for almost all tiers, as almost all tiers have good defensive Regenerator pokemon, but particularly the lower tiers, whose power does not match the defense, unlike in ubers.

    I'm not going to present any debate, I'm just curious after looking at the policy review threads, who would "need to make a decision about this" as you wanted? Right now it is not being discussed to my knowledge, and something desperately needs to be done as it is a fairly common conundrum even outside of stall, and has happened to me twice over the course of a week. I do not think "bring a setup pokemon on stall" is a good response, I think this is a bigger problem that needs to result in some limit on the length of games.

    The consensus among OU tournament players is that it's a good thing for it to go on forever, and that I'm not allowed to change that.

    Sorry you must be busy, just wanted to know if your servers added some sort of IP banlist or something. Had to use a VPN to connect to smogon/PS today no clue why I can't connect anymore. I assume its my countries internet policy (turkey, istanbul) but just wanted to be sure. Have a good day!

    hi. im pretty sure that there is a hacker. i just battled him and he one shotted all my pokemon and it was the shuckle strat. his name is (Gausac). file:///Users/student/Downloads/Gen7AnythingGoes-2017-10-13-rccy-gausac.html. that is the replay and you can see that he ohko all my pokemon. pls look into this for me. tks

    I thought of something that would be a cool feature to have on ps. What if there was a "replay" option. I'm talking about like redoing a battle after a Disconnection on a 3ds or on PS!, and going through to redo it would be too much, like making a crit, or having a move miss, etc. if you would make this, it would make like redoing match more fair and much easier. If you are interested, pm me for more on it

    Silly question, but I was told by some Flying Press people that you know some Japanese. If you do, would you be able to do some really rough translations for an article of mine? The usual people I ask are busy so its sorta made my article come to a stand still lol.

    I understand if you're too busy though (or if they got the wrong guy), just figured it wouldn't hurt asking!

    Do you think it would be possible to do highlights for one room only rather than for all rooms? for example it could highlight tiers in helprooms so that people who know the tiers well can see it easier.

    Actually the time change seems like a good idea but I found this is the tiering philosophy, you guys should abide by it out update it:
    Assumptions in Tiering Policy:

    I.) We play, to the best of our simulator's capabilities, with the mechanics given to us on the cartridge.
    A.) The ONLY exception to this is Sleep Clause.
    So then make the game timer an hour or remove this clause

    hey, i think there is a new problem on PS wich doesnt allow the use of knock off/Thunderwave/Seismic toss/Softboiled Clefable in gen4ou.
    It shows the Your team was rejected for the following reasons: - Clefable has moves incompatible with its ability. msg and previously noone had any problem with the use of that set.

    so im talking about magic guard clefable and to obtain that set you first off need to get a clefa in gen3 games and teach it softboiled from move tutor then you transfer it into platinium, evolve it and it has 50% chance to change it's abillity to magic guard then you can get knock off from move tutor in platinium and seismic toss + thunder wave are just TM moves

I swear i didnt't break any rules or did something wrong. I was just fighting. Thank you for giving me attention by reading this message and I hope you are gonna fix it.
