Porygon does have T-bolt. It's the standard OU one.
And you probably already know I can't RNG yet or breed so all the pokes I used were from someone else that I received in trades. Anyway, it was fun for a first NU experience :) I want to try UU soon too since I only have experience in Ubers/OU
