Wanted to use Shiinotic in OU and only way I could find a place for the guy was on Rain https://pokepast.es/fe1ddd12bb5ff4ba

Given spread allows Shiinotic to always live 2 Shadow Balls from specs Drag after rocks. Rest in defense because Zeraora is a huge threat to rain teams and Shiinotic can easily recover on it with Strength Sap, spore is obviously spammable too. No hazard control
