Hello. I recently learnt that having multiple Smogon Accounts is an infraction and have two accounts I want deleted (I can't access them anyway thanks to deleted emails). Is it possible to delete them without getting an infraction?

Hey I was wondering if you wouldn't mind explaining the mechanics of echoed voice? Bulbapedia says it caps at 200 bp but I haven't seen that anywhere else nor am I sure if that was a tested conclusion in Gen 7 or not. Thanks for the answers as always :)

Hey when do you want to play for DPL, I'm GMT+10, usually from like 12pm-12am my time is good, will be pretty busy on Saturday but most other days should be fine.
