Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Something fun to try out. Since the introduction of Kingdra. https://pokepast.es/e251111a293410cb
Azumarill and Kingdra in rain are just some big threats who can hit almost through anything. Marowak on a rain team might seem I little far fetched, but since it completely shuts down Magearna, Magnezone, (Non bulk up) Zeroara, Scizor, Corviknight and Rotom-Heat.
You get a ton of team submissions but it would be grand if you could check this team out. https://pokepast.es/7561f27acfc6c840
It utilizes scarf Heracross which functions as a nice late game sweeper with the Moxie ability, paired with a solid defensive core in Toxapex and Mandibuzz.
Threw together some mag team ft rapid strike Urshifu, did really well in lower ladder atleast. Feel free to adjust it! https://pokepast.es/6e015986ee922747
This is a sun+grassy terrain+spikes team featuring Dual Wingbeat Talonflame, Scorching Sands Charizard, Venusaur, Torkoal, Klefki, and Rillaboom.
Venusaur gets stronger with both sun and grassy terrain up and Talonflame has a lower bp flying move to revenge kill threats without losing gale wings. Give it a try! https://pokepast.es/806bf16e5ce13f00
So this team uses Scarf Urshifu/expert zeraora to have a constant threat of speed and power. Also got assault vest magearna and hippowdon (to cancel rain) I've had a lot of success with this team as of late and I think you'd enjoy this team. https://pokepast.es/c3369a6125fe24f2
Hey so this is a bit stally and feel free to make changes, but I really wanted to try out Scorching Sand Hippowdon. Also uses other new mons such as Tangrowth and Volcorona. It works okay-ish. Especially against Urshifu it is pretty nice. Here a replay of me using that team: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1138347990
The Team: https://pokepast.es/88e2deb2d5272878
Specs Zam with Expanding Force + Terrain https://pokepast.es/d8b06a0214ee6547
Specs Alakazam with Expanding Force under terrain kills a lot. Standard Psychic Seed Lucha for fighting coverage. Magearna checks some dark types and Kommo-o is a reliable rocker that can take on some harder hitters like Urshifu. Corv to defog provides great momentum with U-turn, as does Magearna so you can safely switch in Zam
I updated the 6 Choice Bands team that Blunder used a while back, adding Rillaboom and Scizor, and I'm interested to see what you think! https://pokepast.es/4a7bb201766907ec
hey joey, got this fun ru team with scarf triple axel cinccino : D hopefully rilla is still in ru when you attempt to use this! https://pokepast.es/d32951b31da53217
Dhelmise got 3 new toys from the DLC to use with grassy terrain: Grassy Glide, Steel Roller and Poltergeist. Here's a very fun OU hyper offense team built around that. https://pokepast.es/077d085bfe23aa86
Specs Dragalge/Zone + Dual Band Barraskewda/Cinderace. If there’s a team without a Magearna, then Dragalge goes in. It’s speed EVs allow it to pick up surprise K.Os on mons with 74 Base Speed without any investment.
