    Well I've hit a lot of 623, 625, 629 and 639 lately, but once I change it to a time I don't need 619 I will get it. I know that lol :P
    I'm going for 619, the lowest I usually hit. I keep getting 623-639 :P I hit 619 to get the Shinyness on the first try though, so it's not that I'm not able to hit 619.
    Soz for double posting, another thought came to my mind.

    I thought Nature/Ability/Shinyness are set once you receive the egg?
    alright then. I'll be completing Nido by today most likely ( if I finally hit that fucking delay ). Been on it for 10 days now, completed my second RNG abuse in less than 3 hours :@

    Then I'll probably learn how to RNG abuse catching stuff ( shouldn't take more than a day or two ) and then I'll be going to something, maybe Tentacool.

    and yes thats why i prefer catches over breeds, its soooo quicker
