    Foul Play Uxie is the perfect Pokemon. The prospect of Uxie using Foul Play, combined with the fact that Azelf and Mesprit can't learn it, is hilarious, but it's also useful, depending on the team and format you're bringing it to. This combination of utility and humor is what turns good Pokemon into great Pokemon.
