    Is UULT finals going to be tier locked, i.e., will the June shifts affect the final round? Thanks!

    Hi - just bumping if you can confirm this and tag Shiba as well. As I understand it, the shifts are in effect for the final round based on the rules in the OP: "Tiers are locked at the beginning of each round." The tier shift happened before the start of the last round so should be in effect for the last round.
