You're welcome. Considering it was Naive and that I only saw one Heatran in your thread, I'm guessing that's the pokemon in question :x
It was listed as "SUPE'S Heatran". I couldn't remember the Exact IVs/Hidden Power but it was a Naive one. The person was not placed on the blacklist and Expert Evan only gave a warning.
If you look in the thread, it has been removed but I am unsure where he obtained it from.
Hey Supe, thought you should know that your Heatran is going around somewhere as fully redistributable. I don't know where but this person had it up as fully redistributable before changing it to semi-redis, and then finally taking it down when EE warned him.
