It's ok if you chuck the ditto. I was fooling around, seeing if I could RNG catch another non-legendary. I was trying to get an HP fire Jirachi just earlier, but my delays suddenly went weird and couldn't hit the right one anymore, so I quit for the night.

It took what felt like forever to catch my first non-legendary. I made every noob mistake possible, I think. Wrong synch. Wrong frame count. Too slow and let NPCs move, etc. But I finally caught a modest staryu with my uber spread. :D

Hi. I was thinking that Smeargle would come in handy the next time I needed egg moves on a ground type. What I've had to do in the past is use a crappy IV Smeargle to get the egg moves onto a poke and then switch over to a perfect ditto as a partner for the non-Smeargle parent. I was just hoping to skip a step the next time I had to go through this.

About those spreads, I'm still learning about encounter slots. I've been researching the encounter slots for the natures. Next, I have to weed out the wrong ability pokes. I stukk have wrong ability pokes in my modest/timid list, but the adamant one should be fine now.

If you can still let me have the Smeargle parent, that would be great. It's too late right now for me to trade. I'm off to bed. 3 am in the morning and I should have been sleeping hours ago.
