I’m not gonna dwell on the past and I could be wrong anyway. I don’t hold a grudge against my parents and they both have a lot of good qualities too. I’m gonna try to be open minded. I’m dealing with my anxiety using my own take on exposure therapy. Practicing my communication skills, etc. Even if I do have autism I shouldn’t use it to justify my actions.
