Also there is Dragon Dance Salamence (the set you received) which is just devastates lategame. At +1 Salamence gets an absurdly powerful OutRage capable oh Ohkoing or 2hkoing everything! So those are some facts into Salamence's possible exile.
Well from what I hear Salamence basically guarantees a kill or two on the opponents team if played right. MixMence has a retartedly powerful DracoMeteor which can even dent Steel types pretty badly, considering Steel is the only type that resists Dragon moves. And once the steel has come in to take the DracoMeteor they are immediantly threatened by an EathQuake,FireBlast. The metagame sorta revolves around Salamence which is a big no-no to everyone =/
Well for Darkrai he has: DarkVoid, BadDreams, 125 base speed, 135 Spatk, Nastyplot, and reasonable bulk. There's probably more but that's all I know for now. See Darkrai is a little too powerful for OU he has the power, speed, and bulk to rip through teams by himself via DarkVoid and Nastyplot.
There is a chance now that Salamence will be sent to the Uber tier. The Salamence Council our discussing this and if they decide Salamence is OU it will stay that way, but if they decide it's Uber, it will be sent up there alongside Rayquaza, Darkrai, Garchomp etc.
