    Yeah.Take out your pokemon and save in the grass above resort area.Make sure your on the digital time app so when you enter you can see the time.
    Uh i think you can have them in the daycare but im not sure.Best to take them out so you dont waste any time.

    You could be starting your ds time different from the time your pressing start.You could be pressing slower and faster at times.Try a few more times and if you cant fix it see if someone in PRNG info/help can figure out what your doing wrong.
    If you dont like that timer you can try emloop http://pokem.client.jp/emloop.htm Its in japanese but it works the same.

    possibly, though you'd want to test it out first. If you can download shoddy battle Doug's Create-A-Pokemon server has a LC ladder where you can test your team on :)
