I don't see a rule, that I cumpolsory have to trade things. I still can negate Pendings, even without a reason if I want to.

for some reason i had completely forgotten about trading for this one, but i'm not worried about the legitimacy of this one.
i just thought it was clear's, which i know is hacked. the battle in question took place a long time ago, just something recent sprung it to my memory.
though it happened a while ago, i recall uploading each and every pokemon (and asking the person i battled to do the same) to see which one was hacked and i remember everything uploading to GTS just fine.
do you know for sure GTS counts it as hacked or just the battle recorder?

the one i had that made my GTS battle not work was omegadonut's lol. for some reason i remembered it as being clear's.
