Then for sure, you need to trade it back the person whom it belong to and ask for that person to change the NN.
Otherwise, unless you get permission, you can't change the NN.

Does this Poke belong to you though? As in you bred/caught it?

If you want to change a NN, then why not send the Pokemon back to the game it was caught/bred on?
