    My Celebi was firing off HP Fighting 70, after one NP, but with only 4 EVs nvested in SpAtk, still didn't break your sub.

    As far as screens + Wish...You could hope for the miracle of finding a playable WishBliss or WishHypno. You only get Light screen with the WishBliss though.
