do it like 5 times and just pick the one that happens the most.
you never know, maybe it's just cause youre using pikatimer that's why
don't use an outside clock, use the one with your ds and just count down yourself on the main screen then enter and hope for the best. all of my rng's are done that way
just try it without pikatimer and do it the old-fashioned way, soft-resetting. and pick the easiest delay for you to hit.
