The Shedinja is Semi-redis, Barboach is full redis. The best way to get started is breed a couple of your own pokes that nobody else has and that way others will trade for them.

Yeah. If you don't have an Action Replay and any of the couple people who check SID's for free aren't online, don't try to do it yourself. Even with a shiny, its ridiculously annoying, takes forever, and ends up failing most of the time. I've tried it myself. Just post every so often and eventually one of them will log on.

Not at all. Ask on SQSR to find your SID and try abusing for nature first; its really easy.
RNGing is very simple in D/P/Pt if thats what you're playing on. Just go to SQSR and ask for someone to find your SID
