Lucky me, with my C-Hits.
I don't RNG abuse either, but I've managed to obtain many flawless Pokemon (CMT for examples). I did this just by building my reputation up via EV training. One other way is to get AR and clone, EV wipe/check, IV check, PP max, TM, etc. for people and they may give you a copy of the flawless Pokemon. Also you can get flawless Pokemon from giveaways that you can trade with others and stuff, but I suggest you start EV training and using AR for others first. I may give you a job to help you out, but I'm too busy right now.
I'm looking for anything flawless that's not in my thread. Let me know what you have to offer (besides EV training).

The breloom is Jolly, I think it only has 40 or so Speed EVs though. I can go into it deeper if you want. Does that clear it up? -
