That's correct.
PokeRNG won't really help, but you have to notice something else. I'm just helping you out for future abuses, too, because that's a very important detail that you have to take into account that I forgot to mention in my post but it was obvious why I'd want it different to what the spread gives so it wasn't necessary to do it.
PokeRNG is faster. I'm talking about the spread being more than 3000 frames into the seed (sure, there is a way to make the frame be lower, but I would have chosen a lower frame seed anyway).
Look carefully at the spread and you'll notice it has something that makes it undesirable.
I did a search with PokeRNG, and that's most definitely not the easiest spreads, so I'm wondering why you chose that one. Also, there is something else that is wrong with the spread, can you guess what it is?

No worries, I think that I might be allowed to use my brothers emerald game to teach an extra dynamicpunch to someon/restart. I won't use gameshark. Give me 2 days to get the BP and teach the moves, as I currently have none in Emerald. I'll VM you when I'm ready to trade.
Lol, I was thinking of counter as the Department store in Firered . . . I get it now. Still, I can only teach Dynamic punch once without restarting. Are you okay if I cheat that one (I still want to teach it to other pokemon too)?
