here's a better one on frame 11: 9806022E It has HP ice 68, which, while it isn't 70 BP, is probably about the best you are going to get on the lower-framed spreads (the higher the frame you shoot for, the longer the reset takes, and the more time it takes you to complete the actual RNGing if you find yourself off)
If that doesn't satisfy you, well I supposed I can say keep searching (I still have to do this on my HG, so I'm gonna keep searching for more stuff too :] )

well, I knew there wouldn't be much available; the best I could find was the first frame method 1 in this seed B60309B2 :/ It's not entirely useless, but it's not the best either.
However, you have battled the youngster joey, correct? Calling him advances the frame by 2, so I'm going to go check for stuff on frame 3 as well :)
