    I'm doing some research for EE on this actually. He's having trouble with his RNG of a roamer as well, an Red has already been beaten on the mountain. Red is missing on this file as well, so my next step is to beat the Elite Four so Red returns, then go back to fainting the latias and try it again.
    I'm having super major weirdness happening on this latias RNG. The roamers are telling me to raise my delays by 50 each time, without an apparent end in view. 0.0
    No Joey calls either. No phone. :-P

    Radioseed isn't java, so you won't be able to run it unless you have .Net running on your computer. But if you have the latest Windows (7), .Net's latest version should be on already.
    Oh wow...no elm calls? So Joey and that other guy is the only way save radio? That's not cool at all, haha.

    I was going to download radioseed, but apparently it said something about my .Net framework...which doesn't make sense, because other java apps are running just fine on my computer.

    All the RNG steps are the same, except you can't use Elm and you have exactly one frame to hit and not other options. I've seen a number of people on the forum say that they only use Radioseed now and not Elm.
    No, it's only on frame 114. The delay is very low too, which is nice, but I do have to choose time where the clock will roll over to an hour where Buena isn't taking up the radio channel.
    I'll know soon. I'm just starting the RNG for latias again. I have radioseed ready and I'm learning as I go.
    Yeah, I'll probably log into the smogonwifi eventually. :-) I believe mIRC requires a payment eventually, rather than being free, so I've been using Opera. Hopefully it'll work with smogonwifi. I think GoogleChrome might have the app as well. I'm not sure. Actually, I think there's one on Firefox too... Short term memory sucks. I know I used these things a few month back for something, but I've forgotten.

    No, the starter won't be shiny. I think, to do a shiny version, I'd really have to RNG a low frame spread onto a SID so that the starter would come out shiny.
    Well...the lowest delay and frame for a flawless modest HP rock 70 spread is 629 delay and.. 2441 frames :P
