It didn't learn bullet punch at all, the only 2 moves that it offered to learn were quick attack and leer.
I guess the best explanation for that is that it only learns bullet punch in Platinum and HGSS and I'm on a diamond.
And, um, not meaning to rush you or anything, but do you mind trading a bit faster? It's like, really late here and I kind of want to sleep. And, I'm sorry if I sound like I'm in a bad mood or anything, but this always happens at night. x.x
