Well there are some advantages to that but non-rng breeds, redistributable, and services can only get you so far. Have you considered learning rng abuse? It is possible to catch something flawless in 3 min (assuming perfect conditions) so it can save you quite alot of your time and yield larger activity for your trade thread.

Did the original parents have decent ivs? When I started breeding the "old fashioned" way back in 2007, iv breeding was quite a struggle for me. Looking at my old Yanmega, even 21/19/31/23/18/22 was decent to me back then.
