Make certain you have distribution rights and the ones you received from were indeed the original that had them to begin with.
Hacked wondercards, and legit RNG'd pokes are fine for distribution. You shouldn't get an infraction for it, but if you're still worried you can talk to Expert Evan, or any of the other mods in that watch over the wifi forum.
