Since I was dense and started the file on Diamond, I had to go to Wayward Cave rather than Mt. Coronet (this meant having to get the second badge and clearing out the Galactic Building, Cycling Road, etc.).

I did get the Bronzors - The NPCs in Wayward Cave (once you escort Mira out) are completely stationary.
