    Hmm well the only other way I can think of is stockpiling rare candies, and when you get a adamant egg, level it up with them, and check it's iv's. This would be very easy to do if you have emerald?

    Depends. If there is only one 31 iv, then he'll tell you that. But if you keep talking to him, and there are other ivs tied for the highest iv, then hell tell you those as well

    Well use that iv man ._. He can tell you if it has iv's for 31, by saying it can't be better for that stat

    Edit: there is the iv man in the battle tower, he can tell you if the ivs are 31's. Also you can use the power items to guarantee at least one 31

    Well it's really just about sr'ing. As for syberias ditto, well natures are random, but it increases chances of shiny eggs to 1/2048, as compared to 1/8196 or whatever it was before, so that's not a bad trade off, in my opinion. Be thankful that Donphan only has 1 ability ;p
