Vulpix has the only moveset you should be aware of. Hypnosis must stay. The other two Pokemon do not have significant egg moves. Evolutions are up to you. As long as they get the requested EV spreads, I am happy. You may evolve them if you so desire or I will do so myself. It makes no difference to me.
Cubone - 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Vulpix - 6 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Do not remove Hypnosis
Volbeat - 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Be aware that Volbeat already has 2 Attack EVs.
