In 3rd gen there's no way to breed shinies unless you spend hours and hours setting up save states to use or something like that.
I have no idea what it's going to be like in 5th gen. It sucks in 3rd gen...
With wondercards, it's the same as any other legendary, except the natures are random. Imagine getting your Suicune but getting a Hardy one. Then an Adamant one. Then a Lax one. And on and on and on until you get lucky...
Breeding is easy though, haha.
