Okay, I put 600 mini-delay and 1000 max delay. I press enter, it was searching, it said it was done, but nothing appeared. =/
Okay, so far I did hit a delay of 639 4 times all 4 were 20:02:15 instead of 20:02:16. Any tips?

all the elm responses I've recieved. I entered them in search elm and it gave me the delay 639 but just a sec lower since it auto search the responses that are nearly the same.

Well..... I wanted to ask a few of the players who owns a heatran the delays, the seeds, the seconds, the time, and the date of their heatrans so I can try doing it exactly what they did.

That's true, and btw do you think catching Latios in pewter city cause some problems? since there are npc's moving in that city but you can't see them. Maybe that's one of the reasons I can't seem to find the right elm calls.

When I'm on the seed to times/adjacent finder screen in RNG reporter, picked a time, and did +-delay 99 and +-seconds 5 like you sugested. Am I allowed to pick any of the generated delays I want?
Hmm. I'll have to look into it. The GTS Exploit I'm talking about is the custom GTS server one that sends Pokemon to your computer/can send Pokemon from the computer to the game. Which would be really good if it worked like that, but I can see it causing issues for some reason...
