i dont say that we will be able to rng(they may have removed any ways to advance the frame manually)
but i say that RNG is definitely staying in the game;)
you cant get rid of RNG.. there is no other way to generate multiple ivs/nature combos..
they may have removed some things like the journal which advance the frame.. but i am 10000% positive that RNG is still in the game
