Yeah I've choosen Female for every seed, but tried different ratio and nothing worked.

Hey riddlinkid I was wondering if you could help me with a little project. I've tried like 15 seeds with different gender ratios, all staying female (excecpt in genderless/fixed gender) for my Illumise, and I've been getting nothing but Volbeat. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Setting the DS date/time all that stuff? No problem. Hitting my delay? No problem. Advancing the frame? No problem. Verifying my seed/frame? No problem. I just don't know how to ensure that a wobuffet pops up on that target frame. Totally confused there. @_@ Like, once I hit my seed and am standing there on my bike with the Sweet Scenter, what actual steps do I take to make a shiny calm wobby pop out with those IVs?

I would be very happy if you could! Do you have capture experience? Oh, and what was that capture project you had mentioned in the convo below, if you still need it?

Yeah, I am actually really glad I did that project for you. I am really happy with mine. If you didn't notice, the Arcanine in my party, when I was trading, was the evolve of the shiny I traded you!! I am right about to EV train mine. ^_^. I have 7 to train tomorrow! As well as one more RNG.
