I dont think vulpix has drought. :P I dont like Chansey simply because of the lack of Spattack. But yeah I think this is overhyped since pokes would not be able to hurt the enemy with lower sp/attack. Its a good thing duskull has WoW and Seismic Toss.
Id suggest waiting. :P Im currently doing a Duskull breed in emerald for Prevo Stone Item. Seismic Toss to make up for lower attack.
But wouldnt Timid/Modest be better since it could attack the lower defense of the target?
