Also, looks solid. I usually like 3 attack Milotic, but that is understandable since Water + Dragon is near perfect coverage. Marvel Scale is also abusable through Rest/Talk.

Well its going to depend. If you are using it with Spikes support then I heavily suggest Dragon Tail. If you are not using Spikes then Ice Beam is better for hitting stuff like Salamence and Chomp harder. Its really up to what your teams needs
Personally I would make an effort to boost its defense especially with Garchomp back in Standard. I suppose that when its sleeping defence will not be an issue (hanks to marvel scale) but you still want to take hits without being asleep for obvious reasons.
Yep I think thats the best option. Mirror Coat is sort of a gimmick and Light screen can be set up by other pokemon. -
