Go into your key items and look for a notebook. Choose it and hit A until it opens. Everything works the same as in English after that, so you just have to check your FC on the bottom option.
Oh, so you don't have the C-Gear yet? That's accomplished in the first town. It may take a you an hour though. You have to beat the first gym too.

It's the middle tube in the pokecentre. Hosting a trade is the fourth option down once you get to the computer.

Another Edit: I have about an hour only before I need to leave the computer again. If you do decide to trade with me, I'm interested in getting some EVed pokes. If you could put together an EVed team based on the number of dittos you want, I'll take whatever team you think is nice together.

I don't believe so. What that can do is give you a different IP address (which I had to do to ban evade on serebii a time or two). If your internet is working but you can't connect your ds to your wifi I would suggest going into your ds, deleting any wifi settings you have saved, searching for a wifi signal, and then putting in your router's WEP key again. That's what I did the two times I've been in your situation.
You have to change the settings of your router to WEP. That might be the problem. I can't explain how cause my friend, whose an IT, fixed it for me. Sorry. :(
Oh? that wasn't from me. You'll probably have to find your WEP Key and put that back in your DS. That's what I've had to do before.

Riski's japanese dittos once you get wifi, otherwise trying to breed for best IVs randomly can be ultimately tedious
